Shawn Barnes is the President of the NTO team.
He lives in Wales, Maine with his wife Laney and two sons, Gauge and Ridge.  When he's not hunting or videotaping for the NTO team, he spends his time managing his own computer business or helping his father, and fellow NTO team member, Bill Barnes, operate the family farm.

Robert Monroe is a builder by trade and a bowhunter by passion.
Robert lives in Hope, Maine with his wife, Angela, his sons, Jacob and Zachary, and his daughter, Mabel.   Robert has hunted extensively throughout the United States, including Alabama, Florida, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Illinois,  and Ohio as well as Northern Quebec.   However,  he always returns home to Maine for its big deer and his little "dear."

Elwin "Scottie" Scott has been an avid hunter all of his life and has been video taping hunts for 3 years.  He is the President/Owner of Simard & Sons, Inc., a gasoline station installation and service company.  He resides in Lewiston with his wife Lisa and 2 children, Ashley and Tyler.  

Best Hunt: Driving 19 hours to Illinios, scouting 500 acres, hanging tree stands and sticking a P & Y buck from 40 yds.

Andrew MacDonald, owner of Mac & Quack's Wildlife / Pest Control, has hunted in all of the New England states as well as New York.  Using compound, recurve and self bows, he has taken impressive bucks from most of these states.  Andrew graduated from Framingham State University with a Bachelor's degree in communication, concentrating in TV production.

Steve Vacchiano lives and works in Sebago where he and his wife, Lori, own a variety store.  A longtime Maine hunter, Steve has also been a regular Michigan hunter since 1990.  Although Steve has been bowhunting for 23 years, he believes his most memorable hunt was the moose hunt of 2004 where he watched his sons, Mike and Tony, take a beautiful bull.

Craig Bennett has hunted turkeys for 3 years and whitetails for 14 years.  Craig owns his own welding business.  His most memorable hunt was harvesting a 7 point buck at 80 yards with his muzzleloader during an early December hunt.

Tony Smith is a carpenter from Readfield, Maine.  He has been hunting turkeys for 2 years and whitetail deer for 20 years.  Tony's most memorable hunt was when he took his first deer with a bow.  He had seen deer  all afternoon and had passed on a doe and a spike horn.  With only a few minutes left of light, he then harvested a dandy buck at 50 yards.

Richard "Zeb" Potter is a Registered Maine Guide and owns Sheepscot Valley Guide Service located in Whitefield, Maine.  He has been a lifelong hunter of deer, turkeys, and other game but especially enjoys waterfowl hunting with his two labs, Abby and Katie.
